All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.


  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on order size and design complexity
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time



If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.





Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times (after processing):


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (processing time still applies)



Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.





Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.





Custom & Personalized Orders



Because many of our products are custom-engraved, please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.


  • We are not responsible for customer-provided spelling errors
  • Custom items cannot be changed or canceled once production has started






Shipping Delays



TX Burn Works is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons






Incorrect Addresses



Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.


  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors

 

Damaged or Lost Packages


If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

 

 


  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)



We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
